Karachi woman, who 'came back to life', dies again

KARACHI: A woman who 'came back to life' after being declared dead by doctors the previous day, passed away on Thursday.
Rasheeda Bibi, 50, was pronounced dead by doctors at the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital on Wednesday but 'came back to life' a few minutes later, succumbed to illness today (Thursday).
The hospital administration said Rasheeda had been kept in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) where she passed away today. She was suffering from paralysis.
Thinking her to be dead, the hospital administration had placed her in the morgue for 45 minutes. It was when she was taken for a bath or ghusl that Rasheeda opened her eyes, indicating there was still life in her.
